Rob joined Lilliput Lane as finance director in 1988 and was a key part of the flotation team which secured the listing of Lilliput Group plc on the London Stock Exchange in 1993, prior to its acquisition by Enesco a year later. Rob was subsequently appointed VP group finance director of the newly formed Enesco European Giftware Group (now Enesco Ltd) at that time.

He was instrumental in several acquisitions as the European operations expanded, including Bilston & Battersea Enamels, Fine Ceramic Transfers, Dartington Crystal and Country Artists.

Rob’s role was expanded in 2006 to that of finance & operations director, with Europe-wide responsibility, where he worked very closely with Ken Johnson.

Prior to joining Enesco Rob worked at Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) and Grand Metropolitan (now Diageo). He has a law degree from King’s College, London and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
