Llamas Replace Unicorns As The No. 1 Trend

According to feedback from the 2019 New York Toy Fair, which took place in February, the unicorn has been knocked off the top spot by the llama.

Searches for llamas have increased by 75% worldwide, while searches of unicorns declined by 10% for the same period.

Identifying a renewed craze for llamas, Premier Decorations has launched a range of 35 llama products to tie in with current demand. They include Woolly Soft Llamas with South American inspired tassels; G-Llama-rous decorative cushions and aprons; No Prob-Llama shopping bags, plus ornamental and gift-led products such as Flashing Llama Pens, Llama Keychains and Llama Glitter Masks.

Currently, llama images are flooding social media and TV. The Instagram account Llama With No Drama has over 140,000 followers, with the bestselling Llama Llama book series now an animated Netflix show.
