Joe Davies Re-opens For Business

Having been temporarily closed since the closure of non-essential businesses was announced by the government in late March, Joe Davies has confirmed that the business will be re-opening on Monday May 18.

Our first priority is to make sure that we can operate safely and we are re-opening with reduced staffing and implementing social distancing measures,” confirmed managing director Steve Davies.

“We have really missed our customers and want to be here to support those that can already trade, such as garden centres.  It’s also important to be prepared for early June, when it is expected that many more of our customers will be able to open again.”

Steve continued: “While it’s going to take a long time before we can say things are back to normal, we are very happy to be making a step in the right direction.”

He added that during the lockdown, the company has seen a  trend for sentiment products. “I guess that with everything that is going on people want to let the people they care about know they are thinking of them, with orders for our Thoughtful Words range building up.”
