Why We’re Backing The Gift Awards: Lesser & Pavey

Lesser & Pavey is among an impressive line up of companies sponsoring the inaugural The Gift Awards, which take place at the Royal Lancaster hotel on 12 May. Director Jonny Greves tells GiftsandHome.net why sponsoring the Best Specialist Multiple category at this year’s Awards is so important to the company.

“In the world we live in today, of ongoing uncertainty and challenges, I think we should consider ourselves very lucky to be in the giftware industry,” states Jonny. “Diligence, hard work, creativity, resourcefulness, initiative, and so many other qualities, are abundant in our industry keeping towns and cities and their communities strong and positive in times like these. So we take huge pleasure in supporting the awards and seeing these different businesses getting the thanks and appreciation they so richly deserve,” he emphasises.

Continues Jonny: “At Lesser & Pavey we’ve been focusing on developing and buying as many new and exciting products as possible. More than ever, we’re aiming to make sure they represent excellent value for money so that, no matter what the occasion, someone can find a gift, for a friend or loved one, or a little treat for themselves, without breaking the bank! As an example, our Body Art range  has been selling really well.”

The winners of the inaugural The Gift Awards will be announced at London’s Royal Lancaster hotel on 12 May, bringing together The Giftware Association’s Gift of the Year Awards and The Greats gift retailer awards – currently celebrating their 20th milestone year – organised and owned by Max Publishing, publishers of Progressive Gifts & Home/GiftsandHome.net.

At the lavish awards event, both gift product excellence and retail prowess will be recognised and rewarded.
