Home & Gift Refreshed And Redefined

Home & Gift Buyers’ Festival will be returning to Harrogate from 16-19 July with a series of new initiatives. Featuring a refreshed look and feel, and a renewed focus on the Gift and Food sectors – key areas of interest and growth at last month’s Top Drawer – buyers have also indicated an increased appetite for handmade products, with a brand new Craft sector launching for 2023.

2-HOME AND GIFT LOGO“It’s a great privilege to be the caretaker of Home & Gift – a show that has so much heritage and a history of facilitating life-changing business opportunities for both buyers and brands,” Clarion Retail’s portfolio director, Zoë Bonser, told GiftsandHome.net. “After such successful editions of our sister shows last month, we’re so excited to be turning our attention to making Home & Gift an unmissable event. We look forward to helping our community kick-start the next buying season and see their success carried throughout the entirety of 2023, and have lots of exciting plans and initiatives for the show in the pipeline. I look forward to welcoming everyone to Harrogate in July so they can experience the Home & Gift magic for themselves.”

Highlights Zoe: “The first initiative I’m delighted to announce is the extension of our partnership with the Better Trends Company. Their displays inspired, delighted and educated everyone who saw them at Top Drawer and January Furniture Show, and we’re thrilled to be able to also offer immersive, insightful trends at Home & Gift.

Plus, with connection sitting at the heart of Home & Gift, there will be plenty of opportunities for mingling, networking and business, both on and off the show floor.”

Praised for its ideal timing in the retail buying calendar, Zoe points out that the show’s dateline allows buyers to reflect on the first six months of trade, shaping their offer for the all-important second half of the year. “For over 60 years this iconic show has marked the beginning of the new buying season and, following hugely successful editions of Clarion Retail sister shows Top Drawer and January Furniture Show last month, all things point to 2023 being a stellar edition of Home & Gift.”

Visitor registration for Home & Gift will open in the coming weeks, however applications for brands to exhibit are still being taken. For more information on how to secure a space at the first show of the next buying season, visit: homeandgift.co.uk/why-exhibit
