Multi-award winning children’s clothing company Blade & Rose is hoping to add to its trophy cabinet, which saw the company win five awards in 2022, to include the Gift of the Year’s Branded Gift category. This time around, Blade & Rose has been shortlisted in the Ultimate Junior Design Awards’ Best Heritage Brands category, giving founders Amanda and Jon Peffer a double reason to celebrate, as the company also celebrates its 13th anniversary this month.
“Based in Cumbria, we design and supply our beautiful collection from our Kendal HQ,” comments Amanda. “Ensuring our product is manufactured to the highest quality, using only sustainable materials, is key to our success and this recognition really means the world to us.”
Having spotted a gap in the market, Blade & Rose started in 2009 with just three designs, featuring leggings for babies that had characters on the nappy bottom, with the company steadily building organically year on year. “The focus for 2023 is to expand Blade & Rose’s retail presence in the UK and Europe, and we are also looking to build the Blade & Rose brand across the globe,” Amanda told GiftsandHome.net.
The company will be exhibiting at Harrogate’s Home & Gift, (which takes place from 16-19 July), on stand DP1-A60. “We’ve got five fabulous new collectionslaunching in August, plus a couple of surprise additions launching in September, all of which will be unveiled on our stand,” confirms Amanda.
Meanwhile, to celebrate the company’s 13th anniversary, there is an offer of a 20% discount on all trade orders to new and existing customers. Visit www.bladeandrose.co.uk; e: hello@bladeandrose.co.uk or tel: 01539 730880.
