Nemesis Now – the creator and wholesaler of pop culture giftware and officially licensed merchandise, associated with some of the world’s most iconic entertainment brands – has appointed Tony White as their new global sales director. He will be responsible for global sales strategy development and driving growth within international territories.
“I’ve joined Nemesis at an exciting stage in the company’s future growth, and look forward to contributing commercially to that growth,” states Tony who was previously UK sales director at Moose Toys. “The company has signed exciting licenses and has very forward-thinking plans for global expansion so I’m looking to combine my previous experience, along with the new challenges that this role brings.”
Nemesis Now’s managing director Nick Chadwick adds: “we are really excited to welcome Tony to our team. His previous experience as sales director at Moose Toys means he is well placed to drive the ambitious targets of Nemesis Now in both domestic and global markets. Culturally Tony is a great fit for Nemesis and we look forward to working with him to continue the fantastic growth that has been achieved with Andrew Norman Smith, who co-founded the company in 2003, as the outgoing sales director. We are also pleased to say Andrew will remain with the business in an advisory role.”
The company works with brands across TV, film, music, anime and gaming, to include Warner Bros., Hasbro, Ubisoft and Netflix, to create unique, exclusive collectables as well as gothic and fantasy giftware.
The Stoke-on-Trent based company designs and 3D sculpts licensed and own-design products in-house. Substantial growth over the last two decades has allowed revenue to increase internationally.
