The Gift Awards: Why Henry & Co are Sponsoring The Greats Best Garden Centre Retailer of Gifts category

With less than a month to The Gift Awards on 16 May, Mark Rees, managing director of Henry & Co, sponsors of The Greats Best Garden Centre Retailer of Gifts category, tells www.GiftsandHome.net why the company is backing The Greats Awards.

“As a relatively new home fragrance brand joining the sector, garden centres have been a massive part of our brand growth and presence to consumers,” explains Mark, “so being able to sponsor the Best Garden Centre Retailer of Gifts category is an amazing way to celebrate the best in the industry supporting our brand.  But let’s not forget the many independent gift shops that are also championing the brand on the high street. Therefore to be part of the industry awards, celebrating all of the gift retail sector as a whole, is exciting for us.”

Continues Mark: “As our first awards ceremony, we are also proud to be able to offer each attendee a bespoke hand poured candle exclusively created for The Gift Awards.  Each attendee will have a personalised candle to take away and enjoy in a fragrance blended exclusively for the event.”

He says that the first quarter of 2024 has been “phenomenal” for Henry & Co.  “It is been an exciting time of growth. Spring Fair was busy with many new account enquiries and amazing feedback on our new product lines and fragrances.

“Our Artisan Wax Melt Bar is a finalist in the Home Fragrance category of The Gift of the Year, and Henry & Co is also a finalist in The Greats Awards Best Specialist Multiple Retailer of Gifts highlighting two big achievements for the brand and our retail business, plus a great start to the year.”

Mark adds that the company is working tirelessly behind the scenes to streamline ordering and dispatch services to make it easier for Henry & Co’s customers, with details to be announced shortly. “Plus, we have the all-important Harrogate Home & Gift show in July where, once again, we will have new fragrances to launch.”
