With the countdown to Top Drawer S/S 2023 (15-17 January, Olympia) underway, RetailFest will be returning to the show, with expert-led content that includes Joy of Print co-founders Cath Kidston and Tori Murphy.

They will be taking to the stage on Monday 16 January from 3-3.45pm, discussing staying ahead through innovation, and looking for the next opportunity.

Other inspiring talks include Four Trends That Will Shape Retail in 2023 (Sunday 15 January at 10.45-11.15am), delivered by Forbes.com’s contributor Catherine Erdly, founder of the Resilient Retail Club.

In addition, from 2-2.20pm on Monday 16 January, Navigating Through Challenging Economic Times will inspire retailers wanting to know about the challenges and trends driving customer engagement. Speakers Ami Rabheru, founder of the Retail Business Hub and Laura Harrison, founder of LH Retail Development, will be sharing opportunities to create strong, emotional responses with customers by tapping into new areas such as multi-cultural products.
