Spring Fair 2025 (2-5 February, 2025, NEC) will be an immersive experience packed with events and special features designed to inspire both buyers and exhibitors alike.
A snapshot of the show, has been revealed, with stats including:
- Over 1,200 exhibitors already confirmed, with over 90% of the show sold
- 12 buying destinations dedicated to Home, Gift, Fashion, and Everyday categories
- More than 1m products
- Over 400 new brands
- 100+ international brands
- Five special product pavilions
- Curated collaborations with partners including The Giftware Association, the Greeting Card Association, and Llewellyn-Bowen Design
- Insights, inspiration and catwalk shows across three content stages including the new Licensing Lab in partnership with Fabacus
- Activations including happy hours and ambience clinics, sampling sessions, giant birthday cards, awards ceremonies, and a time capsule experience taking visitors back in time to key events, people and products in the show’s history.
Spring Fair is also celebrating its milestone anniversary with an exclusive signature fragrance, Heritage 75, created to commemorate the show’s 75th anniversary. Buyers will be able to speak with expert perfumers from Quintessence Fragrance about how to develop scents in home fragrance.
Other highlights include dedicated product pavilions; new business pavilionsand Theo Paphitis’ #SBS Village.
There will also be a Masterclass Studio highlighting challenges in retail through panel discussions and practical workshops; keynote speakers and trend talks on the Inspiring Retail stage; the Licensing Lab in partnership with Fabacus and Licensing International, featuring an exhibition space and networking lounge; a Cultural Enterprise day (Tuesday 4 February) with Spring Fair, in partnership with the Association of Cultural Enterprises, (ACE) highlighting the role of retail within museums, galleries, and heritage sites; the Spring Fair buyers lounge; Stephen Spencer + Associates’ Ambience clinic; The Summer House Café; the MODA x Pure Café and the Christmas Café.
Elsewhere at the show, there will be the live judging of The Gift of the Year Awards, plus The Gift of the Year showcase which will be profiling past Gift Of The Year winners, as well as the Gift Of The Year Pavilion, a launchpad for Giftware Association members who haven’t previously exhibited at the show, offering an opportunity for new giftware brands to present their products.
The Cardgains Village meanwhile, will be situated at heart of the Greetings, Party & Celebration destination, showcasing brand new greetings cards and gift designs, while the GCA Debut Pavilion will offer an opportunity for start-up gift card businesses to showcase their products.
In honour of Spring Fair’s 75th anniversary, the show will be hosting several events including happy hours with a roaming drinks trolley, a Spring Fair 75th Birthday Party and a 75th anniversary networking festival.
There will also be a special time capsule experience, looking back at Spring Fair’s 75 year history and the products and people that have been influential over that time.
Additionally, a new awards ceremony will celebrate the history and heritage of the show, as well as looking ahead to the best new products on the show floor.
Plus, a 75th Birthday Festival will be open to all exhibitors and visitors on Tuesday 4 February from 7pm, with the show planning a takeover of Temple Street in Birmingham for a night of networking. The show has partnered with bars including The Trocadero, The Botanist, The Cocktail Club, The Head of Steam, and Revolucion de Cuba Birmingham.
Visitors will also be able to take advantage of daily buyers tours.
