Accessorise The Positive

Hair bands and hair clips were among the products that took a starring role on Caroline Gardner’s stand at Home & Gift in Harrogate last week, an example of how the company is extending its fashion accessory lines under its own brand.

Bags too, were another growth area, to include totes. “Both were hugely popular categories at the show, attracting a lot of interest from buyers,” Luca Bridges, the company’s marketing and independent sales manager, told GiftsandHome.net. “Among our trend colours for Autumn/Winter is mustard/yellow which features in many of our designs and fashion accessory ranges.”

For the third consecutive year, the company has leant its support to talented young fashion designers through a collaboration with Graduate Fashion Week. Currently, the company is showcasing two fashion graduates collections in the window of its eponymous 17 Marylebone High Street shop.

Featured are designs from Adeola Elugbadebo-Solomons from the University for the Creative Arts in Rochester and April Unsworth from University of Central Lancashire, who were chosen by Caroline Gardner at Graduate Fashion Week.

Their collections will be on display in the shop window until August 1.
