Back To Work We Go! Enesco Is Open For Business

Among the gift suppliers that are open for business again, and delighted to be back, is Enesco, with the company confirming that it has completed a second full week of shipping orders.

“We are delighted with the response we have received from both our UK and European customers,” commented marketing director Helen Cottrill. “We are heartened to see so many of our customers managing through this crisis and we thank them for their ongoing support.”

She confirmed that the company is working within UK government guidelines, operating a much-reduced team across its warehouse, customer service, sales and marketing. The offices remain closed, with all un-furloughed office-based staff working from home.  “We ask our customers to bear with us during this time, as we seek to maximise our service to them within the above constraints,” said Helen.
The majority of Enesco’s sales team remain furloughed until retail begins to reopen. However, customers can place  orders through www.enesco.co.uk 24/7 or by emailing uksales@enesco.co.uk or eurosales@enesco.co.uk.
