Bambi Gambols Into Cath Kidston

Cath Kidston has launched its final Disney collaboration for 2018, this time focusing on the classic Bambi property.

The fashion and lifestyle brand has taken inspiration from Bambi and his friends Thumper and Flower, with limited edition prints featuring on homewares, bags, accessories, fashion and children’s.

A palette of soft blue-grey hues and warm stone creams has been paired up with foliage and floral motifs to reference the forest across the four exclusive prints, reports Fashion United.

The prints include ditsy floral; a Bambi snow scene – created especially for the collection and featuring a new placement design inspired by the vintage film stills; a Bambi and Thumper placement print with rose detailing from Cath Kidston’s archive trailing rose print; and a Bambi Rose print.

The Disney x Cath Kidston partnership has grown significantly since it debuted in 2016 with Winnie the Pooh. Since then, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, 101 Dalmatians, Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland, Snow White and a special Mickey Mouse At 90 collection have all been launched to much acclaim.
