Blue Diamond Acquires Yarnton Home & Garden

Blue Diamond has announced the acquisition of multi-award winning Yarnton Home & Garden, a thriving garden centre located north of Oxford, which has undergone significant investment and transformation. Blue Diamond confirms it looks forward to building on these strong foundations to lead the centre into a successful future.

“Yarnton Home & Garden is a business that is much loved by its customers,” states Alan Roper, ceo of The Blue Diamond Group. “The team there has worked incredibly hard to transform the centre into what it is today, and I look forward to driving the business on into the future and welcoming it into our portfolio.”

Glen Sheldrake, managing director of Yarnton Home & Garden, added: “With a strong and entrepreneurial team, we have positioned the centre as a key destination in the area. The time is now right for new ownership, and I am delighted to pass the reins to Alan Roper. Alan is highly respected in the industry and truly understands the best way to take the business forward.”

The acquisition of Yarnton Home & Garden reflects Blue Diamond’s ongoing strategy to expand its portfolio of high-quality garden centres. With this addition, Blue Diamond reinforces its commitment to offering exceptional customer experiences and further strengthening its presence in the UK garden centre market.

Blue Diamond is one of the UK’s leading garden centre groups, operating 48 garden centres across the UK.
