Brand Licensing Europe Introduces A Discovery & Design Accelerator Zone

September’s Brand Licensing Europe (BLE) has introduced a Discovery & Design zone – a new accelerator launchpad for entry level licensing entrepreneurs.

Among the exhibitors will be Vicki Thomas Associates (VTA) which will be celebrating The Gift at the show. “VTA will be showcasing how vital the gift economy is the licensing industry. Retailers and manufacturers come to BLE to add a little of that creative magic to their ranges,” states Vicki. “The Discovery & Design section is the place where visitors and exhibitors discover original ideas and design skills. The industry needs creative talents to develop their properties into merchandise.”

She continues: “The VTA designers – Isobel Bushell, Julie Lavender and Geraldine Millett – have invited Father Christmas to visit the show to see the design and gift collections they have created such as gifts for people moving to a new home, for newest family members and items that can be shared between young and old that allow them to play together and transfer knowledge, experience and stories.”

“Discovery & Design is a springboard for small businesses with emerging brands eager to explore the world of brand licensing,” comments BLE event director Ella Haynes. “It’s a brilliant showcase for BLE’s global audience of licensors, retailers and industry professionals to discover and partner with untapped creativity, talent and unique offerings before they go mainstream.”
