Christmas Gifts Lead The Way At Exclusively Housewares

With kitchen gifts a growing sector for gift retailers, Exclusively Housewares, along with its sister show Exclusively Electrical, will be returning to London’s Business Design Centre on June 12 and 13. In addition to unveiling new ranges, the show will be highlighting buying ideas for Christmas gifts.

Exhibitors include T & G Woodware, My Gifts Trade, Valerie Graham, Eddingtons, Navigate and Rayware, with celebrity presenter Fearne Cotton, author of Cook, Eat, Love, introducing her latest collection on the Swan stand on Tuesday June 12.

An On Trend initiative will highlight examples of products that will be leading the way, not only for Christmas 2018 but also for Spring/Summer 2019, with logos highlighting specific products on exhibitors’ stands.

A Scarlet Opus On Trend selection will also be displayed in the Exclusively Housewares’ Trend Hub, situated next to the Seminar Theatre in the Atrium, above Exclusively Electrical. Retailers can also book an On Trend tour of the shows’ key ‘must-haves’ via www.exclusivelyhousewares.co.uk

In addition, a trends seminar by Scarlet Opus’ Phil Pond, entitled ‘What are today’s customers looking for?’, will take place at 12.30 on Wednesday June 13.

A highlight for independent retailers will be the opportunity to win a Survive and Thrive consultation from Scarlet Opus. The winning shop owner will benefit from a review of their store’s layout, decor, product offering, website, social media, merchandising and customer experience, along with recommendations for development to make their retail offering more appealing to today’s consumer. Entrants can register their interest by visiting the Scarlet Opus display area, and submitting images and information after the show.
