Customer Experience Leads The Way At John Lewis & Partners

It may have been a challenging year for John Lewis & Partners, but the department store certainly won the praise of its customers, confirmed the latest Which? ‘best’ and ‘worst’ High Street Shops survey.

Which? members were asked to report on their in store shopping experiences over the past six months, with John Lewis & Partners scoring an impressive 86% in terms of satisfaction.
