DCUK Welcomes A New Addition To The Team

Jeff Norman, previously with Heaven Sends, has been appointed UK sales manager at DCUK, The Original Wooden Duck Company, bringing over 30 years gift trade experience to his new role. “I’m looking forward to working with and supporting retailers to help grow retail sales of this strong and successful brand,” states Jeff.

Adds Craig Wensley, managing director and owner of DCUK: “We’re delighted to welcome Jeff to the senior leadership team. He brings a wealth of experience that will really benefit the business, our existing customers, and new, like-minded stockists that join the DCUK family.”

By following a consumer-focused approach to the company’s brand advertising, service and promotional activity, DCUK has seen record levels of interest and engagement from a passionate fanbase of collectors for their hand-crafted and painted original bamboo characters.

Jeff’s role will be strongly focused on helping current trade partners to capitalise on the demand and enthusiasm for DCUK, well as working with new potential stockists in key towns and cities.

He will be on the DCUK stand at Spring Fair (5-8 February, NEC, Hall 4, stand 4CO1), with DCUK’s head of marketing, Steve Manser, exploring how adopting child-like approaches and attitudes can improve a company’s marketing, selling and business, with his seminar session, ‘Child Mindset Marketing: Are you Kidding?’ taking place on the show’s Inspiring Retail Stage on Tuesday 7 February from 3-4pm.
