Drawn from an ongoing analysis of the larger cultural shifts – an expansion of wellness into a more holistic space, as well as bringing innovation and nature together in harmony – four key trends have been identified by global insight agency Flamingo, which has partnered with Top Drawer to bring visitors an insight into upcoming designs.
The four trends are:
Grounded Rituals: a natural Autumnal, earthy, tactile vibe that is tied to nature and wellbeing;
Introspection: soft winter pales and warm neutrals in natural materials;
Modern Vestige: the juxtaposition of emerging tech and heritage craft, ranging from 3D printing to etched surfaces;
Soft Assembly: imperfect shapes that are soft and rounded
Visitors to Top Drawer will be able to enjoy various interpretations, as leading retailers and lifestyle publications— to include Selfridges, Oliver Bonas, Heal’s and Sheerluxe—bring them to life in the Top Drawer’s Trends Café.
Top Drawer takes place from September 8-10 at London’s Olympia.
