‘Find Keep Give’ Launches At John Lewis & Partners

Following the launch of John Lewis & Partners earlier this month, the department store has rolled out a brand new gift concession – Find Keep Give – divided into four sectors: Gifts to Covet, Gifts to Host, Gifts to Restore and Gifts to Pause.

Products, featuring home-fragrancing, jewellery, stationery, barware and plants, are available both in stores and online.

“It has been really exciting to develop a John Lewis branded gifting proposition for our customers which we wanted to have both convenience and covetability,” Sara Allbright, John Lewis’ buyer for Gifts and Candle shop, told GiftsandHome.net

“To achieve this we have been working closely with our JL partners in both India and Hong Kong to ensure we source unique, thoughtfully designed and desirable gifts that people will be proud to gift but may find hard to give away!”

She says the four collections are designed to give the customer a mix of product types for different gifting occasions and needs.  “It is a one stop shop that mixes our strengths across home and fashion, with 10 stores having a gift wrap and debossing service as part of a new fixture concept. Online we have a Find, Keep, Gift Hub that contains all the range. However, it can be found in lots of other locations online such as category specific locations.”

Adds Sara: “The business rebrand to John Lewis & Partners was the ideal moment to launch our first own brand range of gifts that is multi-category and presented on new fixturing.“

A personalisation service is offered at selected stores enabling purchasers to add initials or a message. Find Keep Give also offers a giftwrapping service.
