How To Be Fit For The Future Of Retail

The Giftware Association has announced its first May event, which is being held on May 2 at the GA’s Birmingham HQ. The speaker will be independent retail advisor Henri Davis who will be presenting a workshop that will focus on ensuring that businesses are fit for the future.

“Although the current economic uncertainty is impacting on consumer spending, people will always want relevant, quality products that represent good value for money,” states Henri. “To be fit for the future, I believe you need to have three key things – great products, great service and a realistic plan that gets you results.”

This workshop will look at these three key elements enabling delegates to start developing realistic plans to take them through 2019 and into 2020 and beyond.

The event is part of The Giftware Association’s education seminars and is open to both GA members and non-GA members.
