Indies Welcome At The Housewares Show

This Wednesday (March 6), The Housewares Show  – organised by Associated Independent Stores (AIS) – will again be welcoming independent retailers, playing host to market leading suppliers that include Joe Davies, Portmeirion, Wax Lyrical, Dartington, Maxwell & Williams, Price’s, Creative Tops and Eddingtons.

17242 Housewares Show Logo NADIAWith over 70 exhibitors and more than 1000 brands, the show sectors cover Home Fragrance, Glassware, Tabletop, Cookshop and Small Domestic Appliances (SDA).

Insightful trend areas will be pocketed around the showrooms, curated by AIS’s buying experts. Using products from exhibitors, the trend areas will also provide ideas on how to create impactful in-store displays and generate add-on sales.

The exhibitions main themes feature Luxe and Tropical Summer. There will also be a focus on eco ranges featuring products made from recycled materials and reusable bottles.

“We all know the best retailers create inspirational and aspirational in-store displays,” comments event organiser Rachel Breen. “Those important finishing touches can result in increasing footfall and prompting customers to buy into a look, raising average transaction values and driving sales.”

Taking place at Cranmore Park in Shirley, Solihull, the doors will open on Tuesday March 5 for AIS members.

Visitors will be able to enjoy a complimentary lunch and refreshments, along with free parking.
