Sales Executive

Location: Midhurst, West Sussex, GU29 9HE
Type: Full time and permanent (Mon-Fri): 9.00 to 17.00
Salary: £22,000 dependent on experience + OTE 20% of basic.

We enjoy widespread sales in the UK through both large and small retailers both on the High Street and online.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director you will join an established salesforce as a predominantly office based Sales Executive. You will be able to demonstrate your entrepreneurial abilities as you will be given the freedom to develop new and existing retail customers.

The role will be based at our head office in Midhurst, West Sussex, is full time and permanent. You will attend domestic trade shows and travel to selected customers from time to time.

You will be enthusiastic and motivated and looking for a role where you can demonstrate your entrepreneurial skills as you will thrive on the responsibility of managing your customers and prospects. Full training will be provided and tailored to you the individual whether you have sales experience or are just starting a sales career.

You are an adventurer, rather than someone who enjoys driving a desk. You do things on your own initiative, rather than waiting to be told to do them. You work well under pressure and you are a problem solver for both your customers and your employer. You are content to be rewarded more for the results you bring than for just turning up to work which is why an additional 20% of basic salary (£4,400) will be available to be earnt in commission. A sense of humour is essential, as there will be challenges along the way, as well as triumphs.
