Joe Davies Acquires East West Brand, Stock and Assets

Joe Davies has acquired the brand, stock and assets of Hemel based importer East West (Europe) Limited which specialised in supplying licensed products from leading UK artists across a range of kitchen and homeware gift lines.

Following completion of the deal, Joe Davies has signed new licencing agreements with Bree Merryn, Emma Lawrence, LoveLilly Art, Paper Shed Designs, Sunny by Sue, Louise Tate and Siobhan Harrison. 

Paul Hooker, managing director at Joe Davies commented: “we have been working with East West for  several years and know the collection and brand intimately. The range is perfect for independent retailers and a firm favourite with our customers. We are very pleased to have secured a number of licence agreements with some of the UK’s leading artists to help us develop the East West brand within Joe Davies into the future.”

Retailers can order the whole East West collection from Joe Davies immediately, and the range will be on display on the company’s Autumn Fair stand at the NEC in September.   (Hall 7 Stand C30/E31).
