Limited Edition Royal Wedding Charity Candle Goes On Sale

An exclusive, 250 piece limited edition collector’s candle has been launched by Wax Lyrical to celebrate the Royal Wedding, with 10% of profits going to ActionAid, a charity dedicated to working with the poorest women and girls in the world and changing lives for good.

The candle has been inspired by both Harry and Meghan’s work with charitable organisations and will raise funds to help ActionAid support vulnerable women and girls to empower them to change their lives and achieve a better future.

“As a company that is proud of its British heritage, we wanted to produce something that would be a fitting tribute to mark such a special occasion and which would be a reflection of the young couple,” explains Wax Lyrical’s sales and marketing director Warren Gell. “The charity partnership with ActionAid was inspired by the couple’s philanthropy and we’re delighted to be supporting the charity and its commitment to changing lives for the better.”

Each candle will have a handwritten number on the packaging to symbolise it is part of an exclusive collection.

Taking inspiration from Springtime the candle’s scent will include a Royal, sparkling, crisp accord of green apple, fresh pear, juicy grape, zest of orange and sweet grapefruit supported by a heart of peach, dry flowers and musk.
