Lisa Angel Sets Her Sights On New York

Having started her jewellery business from home in the Noughties, Lisa Angel, founder of her eponymous brand, has expanded her business – both in retail and wholesale – not only in the UK but internationally too.

Now her sights are firmly set on finding a selling platform in New York to complement the company’s presence on Notonthehighstreet, Australia’s HardertoFind and Etsy.

“There is the potential to grow and America is next on the list,” she told the Eastern Daily Press. “I don’t make jewellery any longer. I still design but the people who make our jewellery are the real professionals.”

Currently, international sales make up 19% of the business across the board.

Aside from own brand jewellery, the company also sources from suppliers worldwide.
