Offering Support For Customers

Ashleigh & Burwood’s trade website – www.ashleigh-burwood-trade.co.uk – has been given a makeover aligned to the company’s branding, providing a cleaner, simpler presentation that allows for easier navigation, says the company.

“One thing the pandemic has led us to do is to examine very closely ways in which we can support our customers best, both through these extraordinary times, but also more generally,” explains managing director Andrew Nettleton.

“The shape of business has changed a great deal over the past year and we want to be able to provide the best service and support to our customers to meet changing needs. Our investment in digital platforms, both our current trade website, and our new virtual showroom, has not only helped to support our customers through this time, but will also provide a long-lasting component of our marketing that will complement the more traditional channels going forward.”

The overhaul, which includes new digital resources giving customers better access to high quality lifestyle imagery, follows on from the successful launch of the company’s virtual showroom – TheHouseOfAB.com – last month.

Full support is on offer to enable retailers to populate their feeds with engaging content. A raft of other time saving information allows customers to access their full order history, see their most purchased products, check stock levels etc.
