“What we’re looking for are the gift shops and gift departments who stand out from the crowd,” explains Progressive Gifts & Home/GiftandHome.net’s editor Sue Marks. “We want to know what shops have done over the past 12 months to up the ante and encourage new business. We also want to know about initiatives, outstanding displays, charity work, involvement with the local community etc.”
For retailers wanting to bang the drum about exceptional members of staff who go the extra mile, or the suppliers that provide the best service to independent gift retailers, email: ianh@max-publishing.co.uk
Plus, this year, a brand new Best Gift Supplier Marketing award has been launched to recognise a supplier that has demonstrated excellence in marketing activities over the past year. Visit www.thegreatsawards.co.uk.
The winners of The Greats Awards 2020 will be announced at the Honorable Artillery Club (HAC) in London’s trendy Shoreditch, with all strands of the gift industry invited to share in this very special day for gift retail.
