The Digital Academy of Frankfurt’s consumer goods fairs – Ambiente, Christmasworld and Creativeworld – will be holding an online event on 17 January 2024, from 10- 11am, offering insights for the trade show experience, as well as showcasing the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the retail sector.

Thomas Kastl, head of Ambiente Dining, and Dorothe Klein, head of content, will provide exclusive insights into the three consumer goods fairs – Ambiente, Christmasworld and Creativeworld, outlining innovations and events that visitors can look forward to, as well as how to best prepare for visits to the shows.

Ian Scott, director of Retail Consulting, will be looking at the potential of AI in retail in the second part of the session. He will show how AI technology and human experience can be effectively combined to achieve the best possible outcome for both staff and customers. Ian has been recognised by Retail Rethink as one of the Top 100 Retail Influencers, and draws his knowledge from 20 years of retail experience, advising retailers and brands on how to find effective solutions for their shop projects in a changing retail landscape.
