Earlier this month, giftware and greeting card company Share A Little Frankie won Small Business Sunday, (SBS), a weekly competition run by Theo Paphitis and his SBS crew.
Each week six businesses are selected across social media from the entries received, with winners gaining access to network of 4000+ members, among other exciting opportunities that include an annual event run by SBS.
‘‘We arrived home after visiting the first day of Spring Fair on 2nd February and my phone started buzzing non-stop,” 20 year old founder and award winning artist Lucy Kendall explains. “It had already been a fantastic day, networking with wonderful businesses, with many exciting opportunities to explore, but winning Small Business Sunday was an incredible end to the day!’’

Share A Little Frankie creates high quality, hand drawn wildlife inspired giftware and greetings cards which sell online and through retailers. Lucy started the business with £850 she earned through a deal she made with her mum for her GCSE results. “Having created a business able to win SBS makes me excited for the future of the company,” she enthuses
Lucy is currently working on a new collection, set for release April/May, which will add to the company’s British Countryside collection. It will include more best-selling fine bone china mugs, gifting items and greeting cards, with designs set to feature a sheep, duckling, fox, badger, and Land Rover, alongside other designs.
