Spot To Star In Sport Relief’s 2020 Nursery Campaign

As nursery gift companies such as Rainbow Designs get ready to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Spot in 2020, Penguin Ventures and Comic Relief have revealed a charity collaboration which will see Spot starring in the next Sport Relief nursery fundraising campaign launching next year.

“We are incredibly excited to have the much-loved Spot onboard for our Sport Relief 2020 campaign,” enthused Terry Mills, head of partnerships at Comic Relief. “This new collaboration will really help us engage our youngest audience to get active, have fun and feel good.”

The collaboration will launch on September 23 when Sport Relief begins to engage nurseries in the upcoming campaign, asking them to fundraise between March 9-13, 2020. The money raised will support projects funded by Comic Relief to help people living incredibly tough lives in the UK and internationally.

The original Where’s Spot? picture book by Eric Hill was launched in 1980.
