Spring Fair Unveils Masterclass Studio Programme

Making its debut at Spring Fair (NEC, 4-7 February), is the new Masterclass Studio in partnership with TikTok Shop, located in Hall 3, which has been created to share the tools to help retailers to grow their business.

Kicking off the programme at 11am on Sunday 4 February, the TikTok Shop will be running Social Commerce: The Future of Digital Retail, where buyers will be able to hear about the future of retail and why TikTok Shop should become a part of their commerce portfolio.

With several workshops daily, the TikTok Shop will also deliver first-hand insight in Seller Panel: My TikTok Shop Journey, with an expert panel sharing their knowledge on how they excel in the world of shoppertainment on TikTok Shop.  Plus, for buyers who want to learn more about how to Create TikTok Content That Can Sell the session will cover effective strategies on how to produce compelling content.

In addition, presenting on stage daily, Google will host a range of talks to include how to unlock the potential of digital advertising and reach new customers online, how to adopt a data-driven mindset in business, and how to find the most effective channels to engage customers, with a template to create a personalised strategy.

For buyers and retailers wanting to find out more on retail sustainability, Product of Change’s ceo Helena Mansell-Stopher will be discussing how educating your customer, and understanding customer expectations, go hand-in-hand when it comes to sustainability in It Takes Two to Tango: Your Role in Conscious Consumerism.

There will also be a B Corp Certification Clinic from B Corp, while Louisa Mordaunt, founder of I Love My Job, Daniel Fagan, director of supply chain at Talking Tables, and Alison Phillips, leader and director of Kindred CSR will help retailers navigating the B Corp certification journey.

Also in the speaker line-up will be Anna Sanders from leading brand innovation studio, Dalziel & Pow, who will be presenting a Branding and Experience Masterclass. There will also be an exclusive retail licensing masterclass, led by Catrina O’Brien, UK licensing director at Hasbro,  while Nicole Higgins, The Buyer and Retail Coach, will be unlocking the secret of successful retail buying through her Strategic Buyer Masterclass.

For visitors wanting to find out more on how to stay up to date on social media,Alison Battisby, social media consultant at Avocado Social, will be discussing the latest social media marketing techniques for retail.

Meanwhile, from 4.30pm to 5.30pm on Sunday 4 February to Tuesday 6 February, there will be Sip & Shop: Spring Fair’s Happy Hour, with complimentary drinks await at all stages and cafés.
