With less than three weeks to go to The Gift Awards on Thursday 15 May, Simon Anslow, show organiser of the Harrogate Christmas & Gift Fair, tells GiftsandHome.net why the company is delighted to be sponsoring the Gift of the Year’s Best Festive & Occasions category.
“Many of the awards participants are either exhibitors or visitors to Harrogate Christmas & Gift and well-known industry colleagues,” says Simon. “We are therefore delighted to take the opportunity to recognise and congratulate them for their achievements.”
As the only UK trade show specifically for the festive goods sector – along with a plethora of gift items for all occasions – Harrogate Christmas & Gift has been in high demand for the last few years and promises another bumper show in 2026.
Taking place at the Harrogate Convention Centre from 11-14 January 2026, space is already almost fully booked, with Simon advising: “90% of exhibitors from Christmas & Gift 2025 have already rebooked their space for next year, with many requesting more space. We also have 30 new companies waiting to book space at the show so visitors can be guaranteed another sold out event for 2026.”

All Gift of the Year and Greats winners, including the recipient of the prestigious Outstanding Achievement award, will be revealed at The Gift Awards on Thursday 15 May at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. The event will, once again, bring together The Giftware Association’s Gift of the Year Awards and The Greats gift retailer awards, organised and owned by Max Publishing, publishers of Progressive Gifts & Home/GiftsandHome.net.
At the glittering event, both gift product excellence and retail prowess will be recognised and rewarded in a true celebration of both sides of the UK gift industry.
