Top Drawer Spring/Summer 2024 Introduces New Spotlight Awards

Among the highlights of Top Drawer Spring/Summer 2024 – taking place at London’s Olympia London from the 14-16 January – will be the inaugural Spotlight Awards. With some 600 hand-picked contemporary brands presenting their new collections to over 10,000 retailers, the new Awards will recognise ‘best in class’ products from across all sections of the event.

“Having run since 1982, Top Drawer has always been seen throughout the industry as the place to find the freshest contemporary products,” comments show manager David Westbrooke. “As we strive to remain at the forefront of creativity and design, we wanted to celebrate the amazing talent we have exhibiting with us each year, and I’m delighted to launch these awards to highlight all the unique and wonderful products that have caught the judges eye this season.”

The Spotlight Awards categories are:

  • Best New Product – Gift
  • Best New Product – Home
  • Best New Product – Fashion
  • Best New Product – Wellbeing
  • Best New Product – Launchpad
  • Best New Product – PLAY
  • Best New Product – Food
  • Best New Product – Craft
  • Best New Product – Greetings & Stationery
  • Innovation in Design
  • Best Newcomer

A distinguished judging panel, made up of industry experts including retailers, designers, and members of the Top Drawer team, will select the winners for each category, with the results announced at the show on Sunday 14 January.

Due to unprecedented demand, Top Drawer Spring/Summer organisers Clarion are expanding the Wellbeing and Greetings & Stationery sections for 2024, with the sections on course to see over 50% growth for January’s show.
