Utility Opens A New Showroom In Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle

Greats finalist Utility, which has four gift and lifestyle stores in Liverpool and Manchester, has opened a showroom in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.

The 7400 sq ft venue is dedicated to showcasing leading European design brandsacross home accessories, furniture and lighting.

“Since we closed our Bold Street showroom in Liverpool five years ago, we’ve been desperate for new premises,” explains Utility’s co-founder Richard Skelton. “Being able to buy the building was a huge bonus and has enabled us to create a space tailored to our exact needs.

“As well as being a home for all our key brands, it’s also the office for our digital team and a space for the architect and design community to engage, discuss project requirements with our contract team, and hold product launches. This makes it an integral part of Liverpool’s design landscape.”

He adds that the new showroom offers an immersive experience for both customers and professionals.
