Having won a Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade in 2019, Hannah Dale, founder and creative maestro at Wrendale Designs, honoured the Queen In September with a piece of artwork that went viral, and has gone on to raise £15,000 for The Dogs Trust.
“We’re delighted,” enthused Wrendale’s founder and creative maestro Hannah Dale. “It was very special to all of us here at Wrendale and we were so thrilled with the response.”
Explained Hannah: “The Queen has been an enduring presence for as long as most of us can remember, therefore I wanted to create a fitting tribute to a wonderful Queen who dedicated her life in service of our country. I painted a piece of artwork that felt reflective and peaceful while capturing enduring love.
Within hours the image had caught the imagination of the public, so far clocking up 1,200-plus shares and 14,000 likes on Facebook, 500 on Twitter, plus 9,847 likes on Instagram.
“We had lots of requests for the design to be made available as a print. We therefore decided to offer a limited number with all profits from the print going to The Dogs Trust – a favourite charity of Her Majesty,” highlighted Hannah.
