Wrendale Expands Its International Trade Show Presence

Wrendale Designs is continuing to go from strength to strength this year, to include increasing its distribution in Europe, with the appointment of a raft of new sales agents, as well as investing in, and upping its presence at trade shows.

Speaking to GiftsandHome.net at Home & Gift, Harrogate, head of sales Lisa Marcuccio explained: “We’ve exhibited at all the major trade shows in the UK and Europe this year, with our debut at the Autumn Gift & Home Show in Dublin next month still to come. Plus, in addition to the European shows, we also exhibited at both Atlanta shows in the USA this year.”

Talking about the decision to add the Dublin show to the company’s impressive exhibition roster, Lisa continued: “Top help us grow the market in Southern Ireland, and to see and support our existing stockists over there, we took the decision exhibit at Autumn Fair in Dublin too, and are hoping to recruit a new sales agent while we’re there. By the close of the year we will have exhibited at 12 trade shows in all.”

Wrendale’s export sales have grown more than 400% over the last three years following the brand’s successful launch in the US, Europe and Japan, as well as growing relationships with distributors around the world.

2019 has been an exceptionally busy time for the company which was awarded a Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade, earlier this year.
